BH- why ED at # 10? Only 7 points in last 2 games and in a tough conf. Last week you voted them at #9, then they got shut out Fri. and you only dropped them 1 spot.

  2. Bryan Hanks Says:

You answered my question, DH. East Duplin has lost to the No. 1 1A team and the No. 4 2A team — and both games were relatively close. Yes, I don’t like voting for a team with two losses this early in the season, but when you consider who those losses were against, it makes it easier.

  3. diamondheels Says:

I understand them losing to ranked opponents, especially JK, but no offense last week, and very little the week before is uncharacteristic of ED, isn’t it.

  4. diamondheels Says:

When did you say we were getting a new SE? All of this CE stuff has had a negative effect on your ability to vote.

As my good friend, the always likeable heelatious would say, I kid, I kid.

  5. randycapps Says:

I got a look at Richmond County and Jack Britt Saturday night at Raider Stadium.

Both teams are excellent, state-title contenders.

  6. thaboy Says:

I am glad that Hanks is still voting for Kinston I believe they are a top ten team even though they will prob lose to Hoggart they are still a real competitive team and will continue to schock people
